Konami Haunted Castle (Version K) PAL dump

caius has sent in this dump. It is in GAL16V8 format and is tested.
There is a note attached too:

PIN 15 is cut and pads of the PIN 14 and 15 are joined on solder side of the PCB, probably this is a factory fix.
