According to the MAME source, these are the same for Rainbow Islands Extra too.
I think ive just about come to the end of PALs I have available to dump and test.

Also, a user called MrDo very kindly sent me his dump of a Time Pilot PLS153 IC. With this file you can replace the PLS with a GAL16v8. Thanks go to him.

Been using my new favorite toy a lot and I just couldnt deal with the noise the fan made so decided to sort that out.
This is the stock fan
After doing some searching of the stock fan, I came up with this info:
Noise Rating:33.5dB
The fan is 60x60x25mm, 12VDC and finding a silent replacement was a doddle.
I ended up ordering this little fella from QuietPC.com
The original is “hardwired” into a power connector so I had to do a little bit of splicing to wire it in but other than that there was no problems. The new one even came with rubber mounts so I didn’t have to fight on getting the lower bolts back in.
This is the end result and it runs at 15dB so nice and quiet.
So I spent the remainder of my free time tonight dumping 5 PALs from my CPS1 Dash C&D board.
All tested working.
I also dumped a PAL from my Final Fight board. Its marked up as LW10 (or LWIO?) but MAWS did not reference it at all for Final Fight, instead it shows a IOB1 in its place so im guessing these 2 are interchangeable. The list over at arcadecollecting.com does state its LW10 though.
