Added another Enduro Racer set. This time its for the YM2203 version.

    Hi guys,

    I can confirm that your ‘Enduro Racer (317-0013A, YM2203)’ files work on real hardware. I’m not currently able to play the game but it runs fine in attract mode with BGM, Speech & SFX. The seems to be no issues with any attract graphics.
